On my spare time or just in general I find myself constantly re watching the Dance Moms series. Dance Moms is a reality TV show that is centered on Abby Lee Miller (The dance director) and her students. Abby has raised most of her student since they were around 2 years old and put their names on the map with her amazing choreography, training, discipline, and pushing her students to the best of their ability;by traveling and competing every week. Besides watching and admiring the dancers beautiful dancing. The thing that really makes it an enjoyable show is when the dance moms fight and things get heated between the Abby's team and the rival team. Abby is known for her winning numbers and feels defeated when they come across a loss. But when it comes to the Candy Apples (biggest rival), Abby refuses to lose to them and has stood by that through all their winning titles when battling them. Big Mouth is a show on Netflix that is about the stages of adolescences and how the main characters have different struggles while growing up. This show made it's self a crowd favorite when it came out because of its humor and the way it relates to us teenagers. As growing teenagers we can't always ask mommy and daddy for help on certain things and left to our own devices to figure them out. As were figuring out who we are in life we go through a series of ups and downs that are being portrayed in a funnier version on the show. To add each of the characters have home issues besides the ones at school, as do many of us. Some of the situations in the show may be a little bit of a stretch from our lives but the main concept is there. Balancing out a social life and a home/school life can be difficult at times. Especially when put in a position to choose between the two sides.

One of my all time favorite movie is Happy Gilmore, with Adam Sandler. The movie is extremely funny and great one to watch on a not so good day. Within the movie the product placement I will be addressing is Subway. As Happy Gilmore (main character) is raising money to save his grandma's house by playing golf he gets sponsored by Subway and is asked to perform a commercial with them. The product placement is clearly visible here because of the ad is inside the movie and the repetition of free subway and shirts with it's logo throughout the movie. We never really realized it because we are so distracted by Happy's silly ways and the common concept that it's a "movie" and most ads that annoy us are shown during tv shows or aren't even shown in movie.

Current President Donald Trump has created a bit of a mess for himself as he is in a bit of a pickle. Trumps impeachment has been interrupted by foreign interference. But today I will be talking about the way this topic is being written about in two different lights. In the light of Fox News. They use words and phrases like bad, and "its just too big." This is a great form of persuasion and even drew me to the article but used very bold words to describe this conflict in a over-exaggerated manor. however in the article by CNN, it was still the same content. But when I read it I thought it was more calm and not as bold and a bit vulgar in certain areas of it. which made the article harder for me to read because it came across as boring. However overall both articles held the content but in my opinion one overpowering the other because one is more potent or attack-able than the other. Lana Del Rey newest album Norman F******* Rockwell has impacted the music industry very much. With a majority of the media enjoying  her music, I to enjoy it and really feel moved by it. Lana's angelic voice and her way with words makes her music beautiful and emotionally attached to her listeners. It differentiates the form of hearing music and listening to it. while singing it's almost as if shes calling for you to hear what shes saying and feel what shes feeling in that one moment. Because of this Rey opens us up to a new perspective of music and how we read and hear it. Lana also creates another connection with her fans by developing a story through her music to connect to us in way we can relate to them. through tough times and complications we face when growing up Lana tackles in her music and almost even works as an answer when it comes to handling these issues and helps us get a different view in tackling them.
